Israelis love an adrenalin rush, so this is the perfect spot to try bouldering, a daring form of rock climbing without ropes.

“You don’t need to be as physically strong as you would think,” says Yuval Hamburg of Performance Rock Gym, which offers bouldering adventures to intrepid Israelis willing to rock climb without a harness or ropes. “You mainly need to be a thinking person. It’s more about mentally how you get to the top.”

Bouldering is just the latest extreme sport to gain momentum in Israel, where extreme sports are all the rage. With a 273-kilometer coastline, Israel offers easy access to rafting, standup paddle-boarding, windsurfing and kite surfing.

You can also scuba dive in the Dead Sea, mountain bike in the desert or skateboard in one of Israel’s skateboard parks.

What is the proper way to wear a sports bra? Wed, 04 Jul 2012 09:39:19 +0000 If I want to go to the gym in just a sports bra, how do I wear it lol?

Like do I wear the sports bra and the sports bra alone? Because it seems like everyone else does that, but I can’t. My boobs (C cup, not huge, but still) jiggle around too much and it hurts.
OR, do I wear a regular bra underneath my sports bra. I never see anyone do that, but it’s the only way I’m comfortable running..

Help lol?

I usually wear a regular bra under a sports bra. It’s the best for better support.

FOOD?***************? Wed, 04 Jul 2012 09:39:15 +0000 I am 172 pounds I need to be 130 by the end of May. Can anyone give me a food plan of what to eat, as long as it’s reasonable and stuff I should already have around my house. Thanks. Any advice will also help, and things I CAN"T eat?

instead of eating 3 meals a day, start eating 6 small meals.
Here’s a list of foods to choose from to eat and what times;

7am (or whenever you wake up)- You can eat fruit, healthy whole grain cereal, toast, or some oatmeal.

10am- A granola bar, a small salad, fruit, veggies, a ham and cheese sandwich with whole wheat bread, or something else small & healthy.

12-1pm- A salad, one sandwich, some chicken without sauce.

3-4pm- Some chicken, fish, a lean cuisine, salad or maybe a sandwich.

5-7pm- Somethings similar to what I said for 3-4.

Some other tips;
-Drink one glass of water before each meal. IT WILL HELP.
-Drink lots of green tea.
-Workout for an hour 3-5 times a week.

-Fast food.
-Fried foods.
-Snacks like chips, cookies, etc.

What tax category are food purchases for food sales rep? Sun, 01 Jul 2012 06:39:14 +0000 My husband is a food sales rep employee in which he also gives consultations/suggestions for restaurants. As a result, he eats at many of his customers’ restaurants to try their food or at potential customers’ restaurants. This should be tax deductible because it’s for his job in which he is trying their food and/or trying to promote business. However, I don’t think this would fall into the meal category which is only 50% deductible. Anyone know what category this would fall into?

If he’s eating at their restaurants with an eye towards promoting their restaurant, THEY should be paying for the meals.

Meals taken in the vicinity of your tax home are not deductible. A food critic might have an argument but your hubby does not.
